I watched this movie this past weekend. It’s directed by Clint Eastwood, so I knew I had to watch it, as most of the movies he directs are great. It’s got a great cast too. And sure enough, i was not disappointed.

It stars Nicholas Hoult, as Justin Kemp, a young man with a wife Allison (Played by Zoey Deutch), and a baby on the way. As you may have guessed, he has to report for jury duty. And to his surprise, he is selected for the jury (Juror #2) in a murder trial. The defendant, James Michael Sythe (played by Gabriel Basso) is accused of murdering his girlfriend, by beating her and throwing her off a bridge. On the first day of the trial, as Justin learns the details of the case through the opening statements of the prosecutor Faith Killebrew (played by Toni Collette), and the public defense attorney Eric Resnick (played by Chris Messina), he quickly realizes that this event happened on the same night in the same spot where he was driving home a year earlier, and he thought he had hit a deer that had run off. He realizes in shock and horror that he may have been the one responsible for the young’s woman’s death and that the defendant was innocent. But what does he do now? Should he report himself to police? Should he try to convince the jury to acquit the defendant without incriminating himself? Should he try to convince the jury to convict the defendant to keep the investigation away from himself?

You will have to check this movie to find out what happens! it was great work by everyone involved in the movie. I recommend it!
